Today we had to drop Dad off at the airport but we still had the afternoon to do something. We went to the second biggest shopping centre in Canada which had the largest indoor theme park/amusement park in it. It wasn't very good as it was very noisy and the shopping centre was just like any other so we had to think of something else to do. We decided to go back to the little island off Quebec called Levis. We didn't look around this time instead we just went straight to the Ice-Cream shop! It was gorgeous but we had the petite this time so we could finish it all. Mum had a bebe sized one which was so cute and tiny. Here is a picture:
This is our last day as tomorrow we are cleaning the house and then flying home which means this is the last blog post. We have thoroughly enjoyed writing and thank you for reading it and leaving your lovely comments. They are really nice to read on holiday and it makes it feel as if you are here with us. Thank you so much! Lots of love Neve and Euan xx
Those ice creams aren't very petite! Glad you found somewhere nice to go on your last day. Good luck with the cleaning tomorrow - you must be old hands at it now!
ReplyDeleteWe've so enjoyed hearing all about your daily activities and the photos have been lovely too. Thank you so much for taking the time each day to update us. We are very proud and lucky grandparents. Have a good journey home. Lots of love and thanks from N & G xx
What a lovely place to end a great holiday - an ice cream shop, a well deserved treat! We feel privileged and extremely proud to think that you have taken the time on what has been a very busy and interesting holiday to keep in touch with us. I agree with Nanny we are very lucky grandparents.
ReplyDeleteHope the journey home is good. Thank you so much, lots of love, Grandma & Grandpa xx
( Where would you like to go next Nanny?)xx
I don't mind where we go Grandma because those Walshes always manage to have a great time whatever country they visit!! I usually get that "holiday over" feeling on their last day and that's without us having even left the country! We are 4 lucky grandparents - none of my friends grandchildren keep them up to date by "blogging" on holiday. Well done Neve and Euan. Happy journey home. Lots of love N & G xx
