An Invisible Cyclo-bus?!

For the past few days in Usti me and Dad have been trying to find the number twenty cyclo-bus (and failing) so after today's trip down the huge hill and to the bus stop to wait for bus we have come to a conclusion that it doesn't exist. So we decided instead to cycle to the lido in Decin the bike ride turned out to be very very hot (41 degrees max.) We had some funny incidents along the way including a photographer asking to take a photo of us by the river in multiple pose such as taking a selfie and building a small triangle of rocks! The article is on record low tides and we are still at a loss to what she meant unfortunately the paper cant be accessed by internet :-(. To help us stay on top of our hydration on our way back Mum kindly and accidentally bought us some gassed water! but we gratefully drunk it as we cycled up the big hill 2.5 miles! In record time of 8 minutes and 40 seconds exactly equal to our previous one earlier on in the day and only 2 seconds of the first one we did on Tuesday.

Here are some photos I have taken.

  1. Another hot and hectic day! You all must be so fit and healthy. No wonder the photographer wanted photos of you. Great photos Euan - very arty - you have a real talent. And Neve you have a great talent for writing - you bring words to life. Good combination - you could write a book and Euan could add some photos - all in your spare time of course. Hope the weather doesn't get much hotter for you or Mum will need to get some more gassed water - bet you had fun with that!! I've painted another masterpiece this morning at art class and Grandad has painted the garage door - we're a good combination too!! Enjoy the weekend. Look forward to the next instalment when you can but understand if you can't! Thanks for today's update. Love to you all from N & G xx

  2. Hello Neve and Euan
These blogs remind me a little of buses - you wait ages for one and then two come along together! I also have a theory on that photographer, I think she recognised your talent and decided that you are likely to become famous at some point in the future. Thank you for bringing us up to date and for all the brilliant photos. Lots of love from Grandma & Grandpa xx
