Hello again!
Today the weather was not supposed to be too good so we decided to visit some of the local attractions (In the end the weather was lovely though!). First we visited a place called Notre-Dame de la Garde which is a cathedral that has a really good view of Marseille, the old port and the sea. We then had some lunch and I had a crepe for dessert! We then went on to a modern art gallery by the port and we saw some really interesting art/sculptures aswell as a painting of cassis which is the place we visited the other day. After this it was still nice and warm so we sat out and had a drink and then we then went to a bar where we had tapas which we had also been to yesterday. We had a lovely day. The weather is being kind to you as it is to us here, the rain keeps passing us by thank goodness. Another very interesting day I see and yes a crepe was mentioned. Who could ask for more!! Keep having a good time,lots of love, grandma & grandpa xx
