Hello. As I said we were back late yesterday so I am going to write about it now.
In the morning we just relaxed as it was very warm at the house. Then after we had some lunch me, Dad and Euan dropped mum off at the spa and we went up a mountain in the car. (We did not go to Alp D'Huez because it would take too long.) We walked to the top and got a great view of all the mountains nearby including Mont Blanc. Then we went the wrong way on our way back so we decided to take a short cut instead of walking all the way back. This is a picture of our shortcut!!! (The path between the trees.)
We then drove back to the lake we have been to before and had a mess around and re-built our moat. We then met up with mum and me and Euan had an ice-cream. We had a lovely day!

Hi Neve,sorry you did not make it to Alpe d'Huez yesterday but I did because I looked it up on Google and read up on it and found lots of pictures so that I would know what you were writing about. Never mind! you had great time anyway and everything went well and you had an ice cream. Thanks for another interesting write up and the lovely picture. love grandma & grandpa xx
